let's sum up: due to the calm way of the father and how he was apologetic, de-escalating the situation, he had the upper hand as soon he had the cam footage...if he had escalated at the spot, they both would have been charged and the cop would still have his job and could do more harm to other people

I think the rule should be if the cop is found guilty of excessive force they shouldn’t just be fired. There should be a mutual combat of somebody if they’re weaker can put in force or something where you can whoop the shit out of that cop.
