lexiechrist :

people just don’t get him 😭😭mgrr didn’t ruin him omg

Kaslee :

i kinda did, the whole point of raiden in mgs4 was that he hated being a cyborg, in the end of mgs4 he made himself look more human by having human like skin. and the absence of rose and John makes clear that the game isn't Canon. in fact mgrr was supposed to be Metal Gear solid: rising a canon game that had to be in between mgs2 and mgs4. but kojipro didn't knew what to do with the game so Platinum games develop It, so yeah, mgrr was not programed. In the master collection book there are all the MG games and mgrr Is marked as related title, so the same as Portable ops and Acid. btw im not hating on the game itself, i have over 100h on mgrr is just that if It was Canon it would remove a lot of build up of raiden's character

silv ✦ :

‘mgr ruined his character’ and it’s just character development

MGRR did ruin him. MGS4 was the final game and everyone had their own ending. MGRR is just a total step back.
