To hear this officer he's not worried about a lawsuit because he's not going to pay for it us taxpayers are this is what has to stop cops have to be held more accountable for their actions so they don't cost us taxpayers any more money now how much money these rogue officers have cost us taxpayers in the last 20 years we could probably pay off the deficit
