No pads. Take👏him👏outside. Don’t allow toys on pad. Kennel training at night- dogs are less likely to urinate in their safe space. Can confidently say it works, I potty train a LOT of puppies and dogs. Like a lot. It takes 3-5 days of consistency.

My pup was doing the same thing. Just take them to another spot to play, and then redirect them there when it’s time to go potty so they learn that’s their designated area.

Provide another play place and move the toys there when he goes to the pad :) mine loooooves a basket, so I’d move his toy in there and he’d snuggle in there until we transitioned away from lee pads!

Not sure if it'll work, but my sister used pads when her dog was a puppy and got this potty spray thing, spray it on the pad and have it by a door, or maybe try a fresh patch. Hopefully you get it sorted though

if you see poop on the floor or pee grab it or suck it with a napkin and drain the pee and add the poop on the pet training pad

My pup is not fully vaccinated and we just take him poo and pee in the backyard. He just has his first vaccinations and flea and tick tablet😁😁

Unpopular opinion, don’t use pee pads! Potty training outside as annoying as it is is gonna be the best option!!

Loooks like a lot of hard wood! Get him a rug or some play mat and put the pee pad right by the outdoors! Either front or back doesn’t matter!

I just got a puppy and this spray works wonders just spray a little on the pee pad. It will make them stay away from the pee pad and only go near when they need to pee.

we outdoor potty trained our puppy by putting the water bowl outside and every time she got water she went pee right after. she has had only 2-3 accidents since we started it 2 months ago. potty schedule is a must, and listen to the signs they give!

Puppy pads can train them to pee on blankets and rugs. Get a fake grass mat and put it right outside on ur back patio

bestie doxies love to make anything they can sit on the floor as their new home. we used the bell method and if we knew we couldn't take him out as much as he needed, we put a fake grass in our shower for him to pee in, then we could wash it down the drain. between the both, he has never peed inside 😇
