Oh hell no!! Everyone in that center should be charged, if no one takes it seriously, I believe we as parents should be able to take matters into our own hands with no repercussions. This is another reason why I will not let my baby babies go to a daycare, I do not trust people. I get weary from time to time sending my 2 older kids to middle and high school.
