make the banner bigger and two sided to advertise on the traffic side. and think about a 2nd one on the end/ side on the left so people can take selfies after they purchase with a QR code, hash tag, website so you get social content. ask people to tag your business so you can repost after the event

maybe consider multiple menu boards - one at where they order but then another facing whichever way the line is. that way they may already decide on what they are ordering before getting to order spot? maybe it will help ordering process move quicker?

I would make signs that say “order here” “pick up here” and then enforce not setting kids on that platform. If one falls off, they could get hurt and you could be liable. Not a lawyer, but I’ve seen drama.

There are Tap N Pay signs that can be made where customer tap their phone to to sign and automatically pulls up your Venmo!!! Please look into it! Saves time
