I actively avoided this dream that I had because I was so focused on pay. Till one day I woke up and said to myself “do u wanna be happy?” So I dropped my health science course (that was gonna lead to nursing) for early childhood education:) I feel very very content with my decision. I’ve had multiple people tell me it’s not worth it just based solely on pay. If ur good with money you can manage well with this job. I love working with children :) I’ve always been passionate about it
