That is a common theme in KC or merging on the highway people will drive under the speed limit and not with the flow of traffic. I can go on and on.

I was on I-29 Thursday and some lady stopped in the middle lane, 430PM, all because she kissed her exit and just sat on the road until she could get over. I was losing my mind. Who TF does that?! I was fortunate enough that cars behind me saw me stopped for this pile of ignorance.
