may I recommend boiling down 15 large tomato's... blitz with a hand blender, use soy, apple cider vinegar, molasses and some basil.. salt and pepper to taste.. and then reduce reduce reduce blitz some more and strain... you'll have a banging tomato sauce... and significantly healthier...

What you’ve made is also a chemical cocktail with preservatives and ultra processed components - refined sugar is a processed food and a preservative, salt is preservative and cancerogen, vinegar is ultra processed and is a preservative. It doesn’t mean those are bad foods if used as a condiment, unless all you eat is ketchup.

use honey as your sweetener rather than sugar and you get that sweeter aftertaste, also the tiniest splash of Worcestershire sauce hive a slight zing to the top pallette

That's not vinegar. It actually tells you that. "Non brewed condiment". It's just acetic acid, water and colouring.
