my theory is that evie wasnt lying about anything, and tracy was actually hiding the drugs, she was so out of her mind she denied to herself she didnt do anything, but really evie did all that stuff about telling her parents so tracy could get help, but afterwards, she realized tracy really was ill so she couldnt help her anymore
