Ingredients:  • For the Caramel:  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar  • For the Flan:  • 5 large eggs  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk  • 1 can evaporated milk  • 1 cup whole milk  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract Recipe:  1. Preheat & Prepare  • Preheat your oven to 385°F (196°C).  • Prepare a 7-inch round oven-safe pan for the caramel.  2. Assemble & Bake  • Pour the flan mixture over the caramel in the prepared pan.  • Place the pan in a larger baking dish and fill the outer dish with hot water (about halfway up the sides of the flan pan) to create a water bath (bain-marie).  • Cover the flan pan with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until the center is slightly jiggly while the edges are firm.  5. Cool & Refrigerate  • Let the flan cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate overnight for the best texture.  6.
