Every halibut sandwich cut is cut and breaded by me. I cut at least 72 to 120 sandwiches a day. And the Caesar salad dressing is house made from the owner’s own personal Caesar recipe. I also cut the salmon and the NY steaks. I’m the Butcher of F St. Station.

I love how the waitress did a “light punch” on your arm when you said you did bring your own salsa!!! That gave it an authentic acceptance and the feel of a local family spot! If you go back to Alaska, please take me with you mijo 🙏🙏
