Please whatever you do do not let them give her the Librela injection! Idc what they say it’s dangerous. Try giving her dog bone broth, salmon oil, a sardine unsalted in water a couple times a week

My 17 year old was just prescribed galliprant. Before that, we tried carprofen 💩 before that metacam. All along have gave her honest paws mobility + turmeric. It’s good stuff. She used only that for a really long time. Get ramps for couches/stairs. Line them with cheap yoga mats for grip. Yoga mats as runners and places mats also. A raised bowl, not like you have here, but looks like a bowl on a pedestal, works really well.

PUT CARPET DOWN FOR HER! I have a 16yr old with Arthritis he has carpets for everywhere he walks now they are in PAIN please help her make her home more comfortable to walk:( Mine is on Gabapentin & Previcox BUT I also give Cosequin Vitamins for his joints as well have since he was diagnosed at 12….he is 16 and can actually RUN outside in the grass now 🙏🐾🥺 Your pup is precious please put carpets for her and get vitamins also Salmon to eat

I had a 16 yr old Maltese. He was my baby. By the end he was mostly blind and deaf but he stayed by my side until the end. He was part of our family and loved so much.

It’s not fun watching our beloved fur babies struggling…Mia is having a hard time too….even with rugs and carpet, Mia is still having trouble walking. Her back hips have arthritis…😐🌸 prayers for your puppy 🌺

Gabapentin causes drowsiness. It made it worse for her to walk. For arthritis give her Adequan and Galliprant. This combo saves my dog. He’s not even limping anymore.
