Back then, there were no Persian reviews of this product — and now it’s finally time for a full review 😍 Dr. Melaxin - Exosome Repair Cream A lesser-known Korean cosmeceutical brand in Iran, Dr. Melaxin offers a wide range of skincare lines. I also own their peeling serum and enzyme cleanser, both of which I’ve loved using so far. 🟣 My experience: This cream works incredibly fast and calms down the skin beautifully — especially when the skin barrier is damaged or inflamed. It’s been amazing for treating inflammation, post-inflammatory erythema (PIE), and those stubborn red marks after acne. The ingredient list is also excellent for barrier recovery. 🔵 Texture: It has a gel-cream consistency — slightly thicker, yet absorbs quickly. It’s fragrance-free, essential oil–free, and alcohol-free. It never caused breakouts, congestion, or clogged pores on my skin. 🔵 I use it 2–3 times a week in my evening routine over the entire face, and also as a spot treatment on inflamed red marks whenever needed — generously 😁 ⛔️ Keep in mind: This is not a product for open wounds.
