I live near a Loves Truck stop and some truckers dog jumped out and he searched and search but had to leave him behind . A week later he came back and the dog was still waiting around for so he went home with his pops. Everyone was help feeding him.

Oh, there is a huge trucker network of people who help when one of their animals gets lost!! I believe there is a FB page about it! they take their animals seriously. I was following a trucker who's kitten got out at a truck stop and he spent days, couldn't find him. He posted about it on TikTok, another trucker happened to see it and be right there- found the cat, and then they traded the cat off until it made its way to the owners state!
