@ms_asianeyes: Day 19| 30-day squat challenge Elevated sumo squat using a 30 lbs weight. Don’t be afraid to switch it up. But by all means do what you like. What day are you on? Challenge is 4 squats, 20 pulse squats, 8 squats to the beat. 3 sets (however you want to do them, you can do them all at once or different times of the day) for 30 days total.
