Yes, he loved Anjali before, and he fell in love with her again later because, for him, love is friendship. People say “If Tina were alive, he would’ve never chosen Anjali.” Probably — and that’s not a bad thing. He loved his wife and would’ve never cheated on her. He eventually moved on and found love again with Anjali. There’s nothing wrong with that.
