I’m confused about “seven years of denying he did it”. What has he been denying for 7 years?

As a victim of sibling sa, my mother told me I was lying and defended him until she died. Thank you for defending your daughter.

Unfortunately your son learned those things from another person. More likely an adult who was trusted with the family. People don’t realize that they can be victims too.

Is sibling SA and abuse more common with certain age gaps? Or is it equally as prevalent no matter the difference in age?

Weird how they suggested you move your daughter out who is the victim so your son can stay in the house like sorry! Crazy system

was/is he under the age of 18? bc the only way i can even excuse you not having him criminally trespassed from the victim's home (your home) and a restraining order put in place is if he was under 18 and you were still legally required to keep him alive and housed 😒

I cannot understand how there was evidence from the forensic interview and he still legally got away with it

How did CPS just do nothing? How was there no charges pressed?

As a victim of sibling SA from ages 5-10, I remember telling my older sister first because I thought my parents wouldn’t listen. She told them right away and i was right. They took both me and my brother to the police station and sat us in front of a cop. I told them everything I could manage to say and they said “he’s a teenage boy. He was probably just curious.” And that was that. I’m 30 and still never healed from this. Proud of you Mom, for being so amazing for your daughter.

So CPS did an investigation and concluded he did SA her and the response was “okay we confirmed he did it now take him home to his victim so he can do it over and over again cause we don’t want to do anything about it.” WTF
