If there’s no court order for custody no one can keep the child from either parent and doing so is infact kidnapping even if the other parent is having them baby sit

Her acting like this in front of her child is unacceptable. She could have been civil. Called the cops and shown her court order. I do not agree with her actions. Doesn’t matter the circumstances.

sounds like to me he might have seen a child but he's never really had the child so the people he left them with is strangers she seen her mother and they're holding her without giving her to her mom so it is a hostage situation
