hi chef here. always oil and season your potato generously the WRAP WITH FOIL bake at 400 for 50-60 mins pull out oven leave in foil allow to rest 5-8 mins before removing the foil and cutting down the center leaving the edges not cut at both ends. squeeze from said sides that were not cut until slightlyashed in vented and open like a mouth. fill hole with desired contents and wnhoy

PSA, also, eggs will explode if you forget you were boiling some and the water evaporates. had to scrape them off the ceiling.
