As a diabetic, the carb amount is great but that 18 grams of fat per 7 of them is gonna ruin me if I eat anything else like 3 hours from now when the food finally digests lol

Not a good source of protein, fat content too high add zero to the end of the protein. It’s still below the calories no good.
