I LOVED Jill's writing until they damseled her in the 11th hour and she was made to sit out the final confrontation for no good reason. "OH no, Clive took Shiva and now she cant fight" but Clive also took Phoenix and Bahumut and they still showed up. Hot take, the game should've been about Jill, not Clive. My girl deserved better.

HEAVY disagree with Barnabas. He is a disaster pansexual freak with what he has going on with his horse, Ultima in that one scene, and cause of that he is obsessed with Clive in a Psycho-Sexual manner in the latter half of the game. The way he was cackling as he spun around like a beyblade and begging Clive to "take him" definitely wasnt limited to JUST power. But power was definitely a huge part of it.

yup, Cid's swagger when he was introduced in this game screamed bisexual disaster icon. I had a great time with this game. I wish they gave Jill a bit more to do on screen but still super solid ff game

I loved that Dion the dominant of bahamut (the strongest individual summon and one of 3 strongest casters in all of final fantasy) was gay. it fills my heart with so much joy. and of course I built him in magic.
