Is pulling my hair considered preening? 😅 They also try to preen my face which usually winds up with them trying to get into my nose and mouth so I usually have to stop them😅

I just got my bird and she loves my hair and preening my hair but im not surr if she trusts me well enough or something happened with the previous owner but she doesn't like hands, I just got her to go on my finger for a split second

My bird doesn’t like me preening the feathers on his head but will sometimes tolerate the neck if I’m careful. I’m a little worried because of how long they’re lasting and he’s currently the only bird in the house. Might I ask for some advice?
