Christmas Recipe  Turkey Roulade with dried fruits and pecans 🍗 Ingredients: For the Roulade * 1 large turkey breast, butterflied * Salt and pepper, to taste * Wood fired garlic seasoning  * 1 bacon pack (12 strips)  * 1 cup of white wine * Oranges or pomelo to add to the bottom of dutch oven. Prepare the Turkey: 	•	Preheat your oven to 390 °F  	•	Lay the butterflied turkey breast on a clean surface. 	•	Season both sides with salt and pepper and seasonings. 	•	Spread the cooled filling evenly over the turkey. 	•	Roll up the turkey tightly wrap in bacon and tie with kitchen string to secure. 	3.	Brown the Roulade: 	•	In a Dutch oven add 2 rings of pomelo or oranges and 1 cup of white wine and roulade. 	4.	Bake the Roulade: 	•	Cover the Dutch oven with its lid. 	•	Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove the lid 5-7 min before the final time and broil until bacon crispy and brown 	5.
