i was crashing out and crying and then my regular came in and he kept reassuring me that his food was good and that i was doing a good job.. as soon as he left i went to the back and started balling tf outt 😭 i could not serve anymore cuz i couldnt stop crying. couple months later his son comes in and asks for his dad's regular order just to tell us that his dad passed away 😭💔 i was shattered. may he rest in peace my fav customer 💜

one time we were so busy and drive thru was taking forever cause of a man constantly complaining about his order he was there for 18 mins, holding up everyone else. I apologised to the very last car so many times and he must have seen how stressed we all were rushing about and before he left he goes “i’m proud of you all. Don’t stress, you’re doing a very good job.” i was gobsmacked

One time I did an order wrong, I gifted it to him bc I was too stressed and tired to throw it away. He was genuinely so happy and said, that no one gifted him anything ever. He told me to take my time and he was so understanding. I hope he‘s doing well
