that's an interpretation quite far from reality... she never wanted to work for rubaway in the first place and she only took the job to get experience as a journalist, she doesn't leave it bc of her boyfriend or her friend but bc she has seen Miranda's life and does not want that for herself. The boyfriend and friends are wrong and annoying but please let's not kill media literacy
