I added this to my daily workout routine. I'm doing 50 of each for now. I'm also doing the exercises in the last video which were also like this. And I want to tell you that my back pain has decreased a lot and I have better posture (not perfect yet) and I've only been doing them for a week and a few days. i like to listen to an audiobook or music or a video so i won't get bored.
