As a nanny reading lots of books all the time I love Snail and the whale by Julia Donaldson (almost any book of her is good), All the ways to be smart - Davin Bell, The whale who wanted more - Rachel bright, Oi dog & variations by Kes Gray, Iggy Peck Architect & others by David Roberts, Mr Leopards bookshop - Alexa Brown, All you can be - Angela Casabena,The Tree and number 43 - McGeachin & can go on and on hahah. A good way to do books is go to a library, they have lots of kids books & makes it fun to find new gems

My kid dropped his pacifier in the camp toilet while camping with his grandparents. They brought him home the next day. He was meant to spend a few days with them. 😅

The Gruffalo is a great book! I read it to my kids when they were a little bit older than yours and we made Gruffalo prints around the house so they could go search for him after we read the book. It was fun and adventurous.

My thought on baby stuff is just let them keep it as long as they want. They aren’t going to take the binky to university….and if they do, they’ll be popular because they’ll be known for something.
