@goalbodybyhilary: Had a decent stack of pancakes for breakfast and several other heavier foods plus we are taking our boys for a little end of summer ice cream🍦 My methods of logging my food so I could learn about my calories and the macro makeup of my food creating SO much awareness, combined with learning how to eat mindfully changed everything for me as someone who used to chronically overeat! feeling good in my body and not feeling over stuffed is the goal so making little swaps and tweaks is how I do it!
I wish i like lettuce wrapped but the cold ruins the sandwhich for me; so i just make a burger salad, (if ive had too much bread that day my stomach starts hurting)
