@evelynmarietta: What would you do? 💛 In a split second, I had to choose ✨ Be the “perfect” performer on stage (my first time too!) OR ✨ Be fully present for my daughter I could’ve let her cry and focused on the show. She would’ve survived, sure. But maybe… she’d also grow up scared of stages. So in that 5 seconds, I stopped being “Wunder Scientist” and became just her mom. I picked her up, held her while dancing, lab coat full of her crying boogers 🤧 Not perfect. But no regrets. In 10 years, no one will remember this show. But she might just remember that even when I was performing… I still chose her. Curious though, what would you have done?
