go read the comments on the original video. she means that they closed the gates 13 minutes after they started boarding people, instead of 15 minutes after, so they had 2 less minutes to board

I will forever be an 'airport dad.' I'd rather be AT LEAST 1 hour early, check my gate, and explore the airport terminal than be late.

Wait a minute. If they closed the gate 13 minutes prior to departure instead of the usual 15, that means you got an extra 2 minutes to get to the gate. This is definitely no one’s fault but yours!
