I just eat a lot of protein and fiber at breakfast, I eat my fave treats in moderation and then walk ALOT and lift weights and do steep hiking that’s what helped me

What do you think about skipping a meal? I have coffee with beefier and collagen in the morning then have my first meal about noon. Walk the dog for an hour after lunch.
