How is they gonna hold him up because of somebody else feeling and he’s probably not even with him finish up with the ticket of the windshield and let him be on his way you only have 20 minutes you can’t delay nothing can’t go ahead and write the ticket. Why, cop can go ahead and write his ticket holding him up cause somebody else do your job. You only have 20 minutes you don’t have to keep him waiting on his ticket time is ticking 👀👀👀😱😱😱😡
