he doesn't have to give them his last name, or Id. it's also not a criminal trespass until the trespass had been issued and he goes back to the property. They also should have read him his rights because they were asking him questions that were leading to the trespass warning. at this point I would have called 911 and told them that there were 2 people on my property that I asked over and over to leave. he can have both officers trespassed especially the first guy with an attitude.
