This dish is inspired by the iconic and Viral FoodByMaria Recipe Kotopoulo Me Patates Lemonata Sto Fourno. If you’ve tried that recipe (hundreds of you have) then you’re going to 💙 LOVE 💙this! This is truly the simplest family dinner to exist and no only that it’s downright delicious.  Fluffy rice, juicy chicken, 🍋 lemony 🧄 garlicky sauce… damn! What I love most about this dish is that is really teaches the techniques to cooking with passion, soul and instinct.  Cooking the chicken on high heat till seated personal brings a base level of flavour to this dish that you can’t ignore.  I love it.
