@dreastlks: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a technique created by Jon Kabat Zin out of the university of Massachusetts medical school. Inspired by buddhism, It goes into different mindfulness techniques you can use to help ease stress and begin to create space within to feel more present and mindfulness.
These are great but does anyone else struggle with actually remembering these tips when it matters? I find myself reacting the way i always have, in a way that doesn’t serve me, and only remembering these teachings after the energy has already been lost. It’s really frustrating. If anyone has any tips please help me out

Omg! I really needed to hear this. Honestly feels like I go in and out sometimes. These are very great tips to stay more grounded .💕 I also started taking more vitamins like fish oil etc
