@gabydimova: ✨Pistachio Stuffed Dates✨ I'm obsessed with all things pistachio lately😂 So I had to make these pistachio stuffed, Dubai-inspired dates, and they did not disappoint🤤 ✨Ingredients dates (about 15) 1/2 cup kataifi (chopped and toasted) 1/3 vegan pistachio cream (or more to reach your desired consistency) pinch of matcha for color (optional) pinch of salt ✨Toppings dark chocolate crushed pistachios flakey salt ✨Directions In a bowl, combine the kataifi, pistachio cream, matcha, and salt. Mix well. *Note: Normally, you have to finely chop and roast the kataifi pastry. However, the version I purchased on Amazon already came toasted, which is why I don't do it in my version! Cut the dates in half and remove the pit. Stuff each date with the pistachio filling. Dip each date in the melted chocolate, or just drizzle melted chocolate on top of the dates. Add crushed pistachios and flaky salt on top, and enjoy! #snack #healthyrecipes #dessert
