my company uses GPS locations to a small area on property for tours. I guarantee my company does not look at those. I do 6 tours a day between 2 locations. I could do 0 and nothing would happen. kinda sad actually cuz my company doesnt give a shit

I can attest this is very true the company I used to work for did barcodes you had to scan in company phone even though they tracked the phone as well just takes your attention off of important information

we have this in norway, its horrible, everything is time based, you have to do x amount of places during your shift, an my company has so many obligatory controll round that we almost have to run during our shift. and if we get one alarm during our shift it ruins our rounds and it damages our company reputation, so our mobile patrole rute are extremely exhausting and stressful. everything is about scanning every code and not about quality of control.

I hate QR or RFID so much. We officers in GPS, body cams, radios, and we use THERMS. Lazy officers still find a way. We use it for onsites only after MULTIPLE write ups. I still hate it and I refuse to cover those sites. I am a good officer, there’s no need for me to have to do that.

No QR codes. This is why we have supervisors. It is their job to make sure that the job is getting job. And QR codes are making the Supervisors jobs easier.
