Often times on older vehicles the exhaust is bogged down. Drilling holes is the easiest way to help an old engine breathe.

100% correct, as long as it’s past the catalytic converter, it’s not an exhaust leak since it’s been filtered. Honestly can rip the mufflers off which is better
