@carebycara: Are you shopping for a peanut butter & honey spread? I would skip this Goober spread with added ingredients such as corn syrup and dextrose, which are refined added sugars. Instead keep it simple with a jar of peanut butter and real honey. When shopping for peanut butter, it should just contain one or two ingredients; peanuts and or salt. • • • • • • • • • • • • • #carebycara #cleanswap #healthandwellness #ingredientsmatter #cleaneating #healthconscious #healthylifestyle #healthtip #realfood #peanutbutter #honey #spread #betterchoice #walmart #walmartfinds #holisticliving

How about we stop demonizing food? 🤦🏻‍♀️All things in moderation.

As long as everyone is eating a veggie, carb, and protein in each meal! Vitamins too, if you can afford it, especially A, C, & Zinc. Don’t let her fear mongering get to you. You don’t have to buy every organic item

Pitcher_of_anxiety :

How about we don't demonize what people can afford or what they can get with assistance, cool?

Monoglycerides are found in most foods. They're fine in moderation just like anything else.
