What I see here is Natalie is actually very nice because even though she knows a lot she lets Susie teach her …also let her take credit for things and doesn’t try to make her feel bad for anything.. but Susie is going to be jealous and have to learn other people can be really good at things, even if you’re not yet

One thing I hated in school was when my teacher would look at my friends work and say how good of a job she done with bunch of compliments, then when she looks at mine , it was just a “keep going”. I indeed didn’t keep going and lost motivation
