Betty Crocker Gluten Free Yellow cake mix called for: • ¾ c water • 1/3 c melted butter • 2 tsp vanilla • 2 eggs Instead add: • ¾ c milk instead of water • 1/3 c vegetable oil in addition to the butter for moisture • 1 package pudding mix • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1. whisk or sift cake mix to break up lumps 2. add all ingredients, mix well 3. cover bowl with plastic wrap, let sit for at least 15 minutes to hydrate batter 4. transfer to pre greased 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish 5. bake per instructions on box (minus a couple minutes) 6. allow cake to cool, add homemade frosting or spruced up store bought frosting #cake #cakes #easy #EasyRecipes #EasyRecipe #baking #hack #hacks #tipsandtricks #sweet #sweets #dessert #desserts
