Ingredients: 200g yakisoba noodle 2 eggs 1 tbsp oil 2 scallions, chopped 50g pork 1 cup bean sprout 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tsp dark soy sauce (for color) 1/2 tsp chili powder White pepper, to taste Instruction: Fry the egg and set aside Add pork and cook through, then add in bean sprout.
