Question: unless it’s just a prop, how do you feel about eating in class where some kids may be hungry? We were discouraged, but some teachers provided snacks, so they wouldn’t be.

How do you exercise self control with a whole bag of almonds? I have to portion mine out because I can’t discern when I’ve had enough. The pistachios and eating more slowly…that is one of the many reasons I adore you! 😂😊☺️
