I'm going to be brutally honest, I'll post my gf (currently single) on that day if that means something to her, but I think there are so many better ways to show a significant other you care rather than a social media post. If that's what they want, sure, but I think it's such a miniscule thing that people really don't pay attention to. Would much rather plan a date and do something special than just post a picture
