speaking as a former cps worker i ask what did you do wrong that allowed them to take your child its almost impossible to get a removal order without concrete proof... fyi being a drug addict and using aforementioned drugs in front of the child is not cause to remove in most places

As a foster mom, who literally just accepted placement of a newborn, I am SO sorry she posted pictures of your baby, and even more sorry that this happened at all. There are cases where children are hurt intentionally and then there is cases like this where my heart breaks for everyone involved. I would go after the foster parent for posting pictures of your child if it is against state policy.

My daughter was kidnapped by her dads side, took the fbi and U.S. marshals to be involved to get her back, ptsd is real and there needs to be more awareness 🥺

Somebody called cps on my ex-wife and I when our son was just a couple of months old because I had gotten into some legal trouble back then, so they lied and said the house was dirty and all that and that I might be going to jail. They were trying to get our son taken from us. I straight up told the cps person that they would have to call a swat team and unalive me before I would let them take my son. Cps cleared us that same day.

Solidarity. We just beat our medical kidnapping case in both criminal and civil courts. The PTSD is so real. No one deserves to go through this. Solidarity.

but what's the back story typically uhave to do something wrong to have ur child takin. not condoning it just curious, even the devil himself will seek seek religion woth wrath i will bring if anyone ever tries to take my child. the Geneva convention will become a checklist.

How are we supposed to trust taking our children to see a doctor knowing this could happen 😭 I already hardly trust medical “professionals” with my own health and knowing they could kidnap my child and face no repercussions is sickening

had a doctor once who didn't read my daughter's file trying this. he failed to see she had a diagnosis and claimed I was unstable. the nurse and CPS worker they sent out to my home were greeted with her medical file and proof of all hospitalizations. she was less than 6 months old and was having frequent UTI's. she was born with kidney reflux (which the cause of her specific case was a birth defect that wasn't caught until she was 3 weeks old). new resident decided not to consult the urologist that was treating her and his clinic was 3 floors down from the one she was admitted to. I still haven't gotten over it and she will be 15 in a month.

I would be angry if anyone took my child away from me. The day our oldest broke his elbow I was at a doctor appointment with our daughter because she was not gaining weight (found out her teeth were hurting her and she never showed any pain or discomfort, now she eats like there is no tomorrow and is gaining the weight and is healthy). Anyways my husband called me and I just walked into the appointment. The nurse heard our son screaming and my husband is like I think little man dislocated his elbow. The nurse is super nice and was like bring him here. My husband was clear across town and took our son to immediate care. I got done with the appointment went to immediate care switched kids. Hubby took our daughter to grandma and grandpa’s house and I went to the ER with the x-ray. Hubby is freaking out and I am calm. We told them what happened and they were like yeah we see these a lot in kids especially when they are playing.

Someone tried to take me when I was an infant, my mom has never truly gotten over it. I’m in my 30s and she still panics when I don’t let her know I’m safe though out an outing. Doesn’t need to know exactly where I am, just that I’m safe. Took a long time to get her to that point.

it was one of the absolute worst days of my life. i felt so numb on the drive home. my husband and i barely spoke a word to each other during the 2.5 hour drive.

DHS so evil. My first daughter died in DHS care. Foster parent's had my daugther they killed baby they in prison. They say my daughter from SIDS but feeling I have something happen to her👼💔😞 Amy May Topete June 5 1997 -- September 7 1997👼

I had the local hospital call CPS on my because my son cut his finger and I wanted to make sure it wasn’t deep enough to need stitches. All the really saw was my dyed hair, tattoos and peircings. Worker closed the case within the week.

Momma who lost custody here for 15months because a brittle bone disease couldn’t be the answer, abuse was the one and only answer in their eyes, praying hard for your peace and healing, people will never ever truly understand that pain until they are fighting like hell to prove their child is not getting the medical attention they need because of a system that is supposed to “help”..

This happened to a local photographer in our hometown. She was thrown under the bus and lost everything, 3yrs later she’s starting to pick up the pieces and rebuild her business and family. What a nightmare!
