China is providing education, Healthcare and infrastructure for its people. They appear to have safety and they have raised millions possibly billions out of poverty. They appear at this moment in history to be the level headed, intelligent power that although not perfect seem to care about its people and society. I'm an American and see it and wish we had the vision and determination of China. Im just a commoner but that's my perception of the current climate.

Allrighty. Now we're getting down to tin tacks. There is an AI model that is devoid of 'western propaganda/ influence' and it is free. No strings attached, as it were. China seeks to make the AI sphere more competitive by distributing access to its model free - while it lasts. Nothing drives competition better than value for money, right? Better yet, privacy and security of information is better in the long run because the government can't snoop on your data. Unless of course you're a spy or doing something illegal in China. So there's trade offs to be aware of. Though it's not like a private citizen or legal business would be bothered about that. Different folks, different strokes. Although to access it you don't need to pay a motza. It's free. Yah 😁😎
