Just saying this is not that ladies fault. She said she has a medical condition that could have caused this, yes alcohol too but if she had a medical condition that on its own could cause this then she should not be allowed a license at all. That would have stopped all of this but nope everyone gets a license even if your 95 and can’t see the speed limit sign or react fast enough to save an animals life when driving.
