I learned quick to get seats as close to the sound board as possible. It’s gonna sound the best right there and with one exception, it always has.

I appreciate that extra effort, but I'm still always going to try to get seats as close to the booth as possible. That is where it will sound the best no matter what venue you're at.

there's a reason the Sound Engineer stays at the back end where the line arrays is facing whilst facing the stage tuning and engineering the sound, then there'd be no need for this walking around

Another good example is a hose the flow of water is the sound. When wind blows the water stream deforms. Same concept for sound.
