@bodymajic: Skipping breakfast helps you lose weight…. 🤔💪🏻 That’s what most people think… but after coaching fat loss clients for 10+ years, I can tell you this… ⏭️ 9 times out of 10, it does the opposite. 👎🏻 Sure, skipping breakfast might technically reduce your calories for that meal — but what happens next? 🤔🤔 You spend the rest of the day starving. 😣 You snack more. 🍭 You binge at night. 🍩 You tell yourself you’ve got no willpower… 😑 But really, you're just hungry. 🤤 And nothing will kill a fat loss diet faster than always feeling like you're starving. 😵 That’s why I tell my clients: don’t actively put yourself in that state. damn. 500 calories for breakfast takes up half of the calories for the full day 😂 ive worked out that to be in a deficit, i need to have only 1,000 😭

Very true, my cravings are more intense when I’ve skipped breakfast, so “saving calories for later” backfires for me every time. I make better choices when I’m not hangry 👏
